We are not just front-end designers, we are also back-end engineers. The server your site runs on is very important if you're hosting a complex site. Anything that has E-commerce, forums, inventory management, ordering, etc. needs a back-end that's just as strong if not stronger than it's front-end.

What's the difference between front and back end?

The front-end of your site is the visual element of it that users use to interact with your site. What you're looking at right now is a front-end. The back-end is the "invisible" heavy lifter of a website. It's the server that manages persistant information like inventories, scheduled dates, user info as well as handling complex tasks such as payment processing, calling other apis, and automated texts and/or emails. Both the front and back end go hand-in-hand in creating a functional website that gives clients a great expereince.

Does Moradic Studios do front-end or back-end work?

We are Full Stack Developers meaning we work on both the front-end and back-end of websites. Allowing us full flexibility from making you a simple static site to advertise your brand to complex web apps that allow you to auction off items on your site or implement real-time messaging features.

What kind of sites need back-end development and not just front-end design?

For more complex features you will likely need a full-stack solution. Those features include, but are not limited to:

  • E-Commerce
  • Forums
  • Scheduling
  • Inventory Management
  • Messaging
